How many "30 Mins with..." sessions can I sign up for?
Each delegate may pre-register for a maximum of 2 "30 Mins with..." sessions. Each session is capped at 40 delegates in order to maintain a level of intimacy.
How do I sign up for Speed Pitching?
Speed pitching slots are available on a first come first served basis. Registered delegates will be notified via email when pre-registration is open.
It is strongly suggested that delegates who successfully get a speed pitching slot research the channel fully that they are pitching to ensure their program idea is appropriate. KidScreen will be publishing the annual "Global Pitch Guide" in the January 2008 issue which includes channel profiles and current programming needs for the major kids networks.Can I sign up for "30 Mins With..." & Speed Pitching onsite?
"30 Mins With..." & Speed Pitching spaces fill up quickly and as such, registration is not facilitated onsite. Delegates will be informed via email when the registration opens and we recommend that you select book your spaces early to avoid disappointment.
What is MyEvent?
When you sign up for the conference you will be given a username and password for My Event, our interactive networking tool. My Event allows delegates to start networking pre-event, manage their event schedule and share information about themselves and find out about other delegates at the conference.

How do I login into MyEvent ?
Your login information will be sent to you in your confirmation email following registration. Your user name is the email address that you gave us upon registration. If you have misplaced your password, click here to have it re-sent.
How do I see the delegate list?
Registered delegates will have access to KidScreen Summit's online networking tool, MyEvent. MyEvent allows you to search for individual delegates in advance of the event as well as view the entire list. MyEvent also allows you to contact other delegates through our private messaging system.
I have already registered but am unable to attend. What are my options?
Should you be unable to attend this event, we require notice in writing on or before January 11, 2008 at 5pm, EST. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $150 administration fee.
Your registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another person, please inform us by phone, a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event, at 416-408-2300.
When do I receive my registration badge/ticket?
Badges and delegate packages may be picked up from the registration desk on the day of the event. Please note that we do not send out physical tickets.
Will I receive a receipt/invoice?
Once your registration has been processed, an invoice will be sent to you via email.
Is there a discounted hotel accommodation rate for Summit attendees?
Accommodations are available at the Hilton New York for a preferred rate of US$234/night for single or double occupancy. To take advantage of this rate, please call 1-800-HILTONS and quote "KidScreen Summit". This rate will be offered based on hotel availability in the room block until Friday January 25, 2008.

FROM LaGuardia
Distance from hotel: 18 mi.
Drive time: 30 min.
Directions: Grand Central Parkway to Brooklyn Queens Expressway South to Long Island Expressway West. Follow signs for Queens Midtown Tunnel to 34th Street . Take 34th Street West to Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue). Make a right and go to 53rd Street.
